Jack Tomquist began his career at Lerch Bates in 1981, after working in equipment, service sales, and sales management for Otis Elevator.
As Vice President of the Elevator Consulting Group, Jack will be supporting the firm’s vertical transportation client services in North America. Such support includes training, employee development, National Accounts oversight, and deployment of resources to ensure Lerch Bates clients continue to receive the support they have come to expect from our vertical transportation consultants. He holds a degree in Architecture from Iowa State University and has brought his expertise to diverse projects in retail, public facilities, hotels and corporate buildings. He has consulted on all new Nordstrom stores throughout the United States and was actively involved in the Portland International Airport Expansions including the main terminal, parking garage and C and D terminal and worked on Microsoft properties in Redmond, Washington, among many other prestigious projects.
