John Sellen joined Lerch Bates in 2006 bringing 25 years of industry experience including the past six years as a consultant. Previously positions included Project Management, Sales Management and Sales for ThyssenKrupp Elevator, Dover Elevator and Fujitec Elevator. Among his many consulting projects is work at various Wells Fargo properties; Kaiser Permanente, the United States Mint, the United States Postal Service Embarcadero and the University of California Medical Center - San Francisco. He has also worked with several clients in the residential real estate development, including Classic Residences by Hyatt, Christian Church Homes and Presbyterian Homes and Services. John’s diverse projects list also includes public projects for the San Francisco Housing Authority and the San Francisco Unified School District. While working on the elevator company side of the business, John was Project Manager for installation of elevators at the San Francisco Airport Expansion project and for II Prudential Plaza in Chicago. John has a degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
