Bob Leibrock shares his particular expertise in engineering, sales and project management for maintenance, modernization and new construction projects for Lerch Bates clients throughout the upper Midwest of the US. Working first for Schindler Elevator Corporation and Westinghouse Elevator Company, Bob has over 30 years in the industry - the last 10 years with Lerch Bates. Bob has worked on several public projects, including the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines and Hennepin County Adult Detention Center and Hennepin County Public Safety Facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Other interesting projects include: the IDS Center and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Corporate Campus, also in Minneapolis. Bob is QEI certified (Certified Elevator Inspector), and has a BS degree in Business and an AS in Architectural Technology. He shares his experience by conducting advanced real estate courses at the University of St. Thomas and instructing architectural students at Iowa State University, as well as presenting seminars for architects within his community.
