Richard Nolan has over 34yrs experience in vertical transportation covering construction/modernization, repair and service. Before joining Lerch Bates in 2006 he was Operations Manager for a independent elevator contractor in the Boston area covering all of New England. Richard is QEI certification (# C-3396) and also holds a Massachusetts State Mechanics license (#000549). He’s currently Project Manager of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority
