Mr Arvind S Herwadkar is a Mechanical Engineer from VJTI Mumbai. He was employed with Otis India for over 4 decades and headed various departments before retiring as a General Manager. Thereafter he was Consultant and Dialogue Administrator with Otis India for three years. He also worked with Schindler India and thereafter was employed as a Senior Vice President with United White Metals. He is also a member of the Bureau of Indian Standards, IEEMA and PALEA (Asia Pacific).
Arvind joined Lerch Bates India in 2007 and is currently Director and Senior Consultant based at their HeadQuarters in Mumbai.
