Regis spent 20 years as an electrical engineer in a general construction company before joining SFICA in 1991 as an electrical applier and lift engineering consultant. During this time he worked on such projects as “Tour Sans Fin” with Jean Nouvel, Coeur Defence with Unibail developing the then first Hall Call system in France, the Mazar’s tower and the Vivaldi building for Axa Insurance Company. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (ESIE).
Regis joined Lerch Bates in February 2007 to continue New Development and Engineering in France. He had led on projects such as Air² Tower, Generali Tower, Phare Tower and the Triangle. He also continues to oversee the D² Tower with Sogerprom and the Descartes Tower, a modernisation high rise program.
